Overview
CaSi (KS) / CaSi (KS25) is an inoculant used to improve the graphite morphology in gray cast iron.
Characteristics
Effectively improving the morphology of supercooled graphite in gray iron castings, and promoting the transformation to fine flake graphite, i.e., D, E→A.
The Ca series alloys produced by us with Japanese process ,which featured good solubility and less slags.
Usage
The standard dosage is 0.1%-0.3% of molten iron.
Package
In 25kg bags then in 500kg or 1MT bulk bag.
