Overview
NBCH nodulants are new producs series developed according to customer's special casting performance requirements, and feature excellent performance and greatest applicability.
Characteristics
Nodulants of different specifications have different Mg contents to meet the requirements of different foundry treatment processes.
The products' stringent specification control results in a highly consistent Mg absorption rate.
Increasing the number of graphite balls and nodularization rate, and improving the graphite morphology.
Minimizing the tendency to chill.
Low oxide content can reduce shrinkage porosity and slags.
Stabilizing the quality of castings.
Low dosage.

Functions of alloys contained
Moderate Mg alloy content can stabilize the composition, and achieve a strong spheroidization ability. ( Mg contents: 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8% etc.).
The RE elements can desulfurize and degass, purify molten iron, and eliminate anti-spheroidizing elements.
Ca can reduce the MgO in the nodulant , and also reduce the tendency of the large chill caused by rare earth elements. An appropriate quantity of Ca will react with the oxygen element first to delay the sudden reaction of Mg, thereby slowing down the outbreak time and improving the intensity of the spheroidization reaction.

Packed in 25kg bags or 1MT bulk bag with lables inserted, accurate Lot number management.
Granularity
The standard particle sizes are 3-22mm,5-25mm and 5-30mm. Customized particle sizes are available depending on user's application.
