Overview
INOGR－G & INOGR－GFT（Series C) is a gray cast iron inoculant in C Series.
Characteristics
The dosage of it is only half of that of Fe-Si inoculants.
It has a significant effect on preventing chill and is ideal for thin-walled small parts.
It boasts high mechanical strength and has the effect of deoxidation and desulfurization.
Combined with rare earth metals, it features a long inoculation time and a good inoculation effect.
It has fewer recesses and improves the cutting performance of castings.
Usage
When the molten iron is 20% discharged, starting to add it; and when the molten iron is 50% discharged, adding it continuously will be very effective.
Package
In 25kg bags then in 500kg or 1MT bulk bag.
Granularity
Below 3mm.
